I am a certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), as well as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. I received my CPCC from the Coaches Training Institute, one of the world’s leading ICF-accredited schools. Additionally, I am an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School Affiliate. As a respected speaker, panelist and Webinar presenter, I have successfully brought business and personal coaching concepts and insights to hundreds.
Certifications and experiences aside, what inspired me to become a professional coach? I’ve always been able to see the “exceptional” in others. As a coach, I encourage my clients to recognize their strengths, nurture their dreams, and realize their full potential. I find it deeply meaningful and rewarding to serve as a discreet, trusted, supportive guide. I celebrate and cheer (sometimes out loud!) as my clients explore, challenge, and embrace different strategies and solutions for achieving their own personal and professional goals.
Prior to coaching, I had a highly successful career in technology sales. I am a twenty-plus year active member of a women’s weekly support and growth group and live in Northern California with my husband, two children, and a myriad of small- and medium-sized animals.
